INCENTIVE: Mary Margaret's incentive will be in two parts. First and foremost she will ask that her family and all her family and friends (including but not necessarily limited to, daughters, grandsons, true loves, evil queens, eyeliner-wearing pirates, wingless fairies, horrible deal-making imps, and.. umm Neals) make it out of Neverland and home safe and sound together.
And then, because honestly life has been kind of a disaster lately, Snow would also like a guarantee that her family and friends actually get a chance to live their lives together in peace. A happily ever after, for Storybrooke. Because they really deserve it. So she will hold as many hands and hug as many folks as she can to make it happen.
FIT: So the only thing that will be at all challenging for Mary Margaret is the fact that her Prince Charming is not here. She would never deliberately be unfaithful to him, so she'll be coming under the expectation that she can platonically cuddle and handhold her way to success.
But in general, Snow has no hesitation being close to people. She cares very much for her friends, and makes friends easily. She's drawn to help people and be close to them, so she shouldn't have too much trouble. That won't mean it won't be a challenge without her husband, but she's a tough cookie and will make do, as she always has.
CONSENT: Guys she's Snow White. She's literally a fairy tale princess. All she wants is everyone to have their own happily ever afters!! Canonically though, she has always fought for people to have the ability to be free. Love and kindness are two of the things that matter the most to her. She's not perfect and has made mistakes, but she regrets them deeply. She tries to give everyone a chance to make their own choices -- hoping that they'll choose to find the good in themselves.
